3 avocados, mashed
1 Roma tomato, chopped
1 garlic clove, diced
½ small red onion, chopped
1 green jalapeno pepper, diced
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
½ lime, juiced
1 tsp salt or to taste


Combine ingredients and stir to incorporate. Add salt to taste. Dunk in a chip and enjoy.

Tip: for longer storage, prevent browning by laying plastic wrap directly over the guacamole and sealing the container. This will prevent oxidization, keeping your delicious dip bright green.
